I cancelled but am still being charged

If you cancelled your PhotosShoot subscription but are still seeing charges, the most likely cause is a duplicate account under a different email address.

Here's how to investigate:

1. Search your email inbox for a Stripe receipt or "PhotosShoot" to find all accounts associated with payment activity

  • Check if you have multiple email addresses — work, personal, Google alias — that might have been used to sign up

  • Log in with each email address you find and check the billing status

    How to cancel the duplicate account:

  • Log in to the account that's still active

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription

  • Cancel the plan from the Stripe portal

  • Request a refund for any charges made after your intended cancellation date

    Other reasons you might still be charged:

  • You cancelled a free trial but the subscription had already converted to paid

  • Your cancellation didn't fully process — check for a confirmation email

  • A family member or colleague signed up using your card
