How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your PhotosShoot subscription is straightforward and can be done at any time — no hoops, no waiting.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your PhotosShoot account

  • Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner

  • Go to Settings → Billing

  • Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal

  • Select Cancel Plan and confirm

    Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won't be charged again and your account will revert to the free tier.

    Things to know before cancelling:

  • You keep access to everything you've already generated

  • Any unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle

  • Your AI models are saved and accessible even on the free tier

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time without losing your data

    If you're cancelling because of a specific issue — slow generation, photo quality, or something else — please reach out to support first. We may be able to help resolve the problem.

    Already cancelled but still seeing charges? Check if you have a duplicate account under a different email address. Search your inbox for a Stripe receipt to find the billing email.
