I can't log in to my PhotosShoot account

If you can't log in to PhotosShoot, here are the most common causes and how to fix each one.

1. Wrong email address PhotosShoot uses passwordless login (magic link via email). If you're not receiving the login email, you may be entering the wrong address.

- Search your inbox for any email from PhotosShoot or Stripe to find the email address you originally signed up with

  • Check all your email addresses — work, personal, Google aliases

  • Check your spam/junk folder

    2. Magic link email not arriving

  • Wait up to 2 minutes and check again

  • Check spam and promotions folders

  • Make sure your email provider isn't blocking transactional emails

  • Try requesting a new magic link

  • If using Gmail, check the All Mail folder

    3. Magic link expired Magic links expire after 10–15 minutes. If yours expired, return to the login page and request a fresh one.

    4. Multiple accounts If you've signed up multiple times with different email addresses, you may have separate accounts. Search your inbox for Stripe receipts to identify which email was charged — that's your active account.

    5. Social login issues (Google/Apple) If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, use the same sign-in method. Don't try to log in with email if you used social login originally.
