Can I get a refund?

Yes — PhotosShoot offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your results within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund:

1. Log in to your account and go to Settings → Billing

  • Open the Stripe billing portal

  • Use the self-refund option if available, or contact support at support@photosshoot.com

  • Include your account email and the reason for your request

    Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

    What's covered:

  • Full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase

  • Yearly plan purchases are also eligible within the 14-day window

    What's not covered:

  • Refund requests made after 14 days

  • Credits purchased separately (non-subscription)

  • Cases where the account has been used extensively to generate large volumes of content

    If you're outside the 14-day window but have a legitimate concern — such as a billing error or a technical issue that prevented you from using the service — please contact support and we'll review your case individually.
