How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your PhotosShoot plan at any time through the billing portal — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

To upgrade your plan:

1. Log in and go to Settings → Billing

  • Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal

  • Select Upgrade Plan and choose your new tier

  • Confirm the change — your card will be charged the pro-rated difference immediately

  • Your new credits and features are available right away

    To downgrade your plan:

    1. Follow the same steps to the Stripe billing portal

  • Select Downgrade Plan and choose a lower tier

  • Confirm — the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period

  • You keep all current features and credits until then

    Switching from monthly to yearly: This counts as an upgrade and saves you significantly. The yearly price is applied immediately and prorated against any remaining days on your monthly plan.

    Things to know:

  • Upgrading immediately unlocks higher credit limits and premium features

  • Downgrading doesn't refund unused credits from the current cycle

  • You can switch plans as often as you need — there are no fees or restrictions
