Can I delete my data from PhotosShoot?

Yes — you have full control over your data on PhotosShoot. You can delete individual photos, AI models, or your entire account and all associated data.

How to delete individual photos:

1. Open your gallery

  • Hover over any photo

  • Click the Delete (trash) icon that appears

  • Confirm deletion

  • The photo is removed from your gallery immediately

    How to delete an AI model:

    1. Go to My Models

  • Hover over the model you want to delete

  • Click Delete Model

  • Confirm — the model and all associated generated photos are queued for deletion

    How to delete your entire account:

    1. Go to Settings → Account

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account

  • Confirm with your email address

  • Your account and all data is queued for permanent deletion

    Important: the 30-day grace period

    All deletions (photos, models, and accounts) are permanent after 30 days. During this window, you can contact support to cancel the deletion if you change your mind. After 30 days, the data is irretrievably removed from PhotosShoot's servers.

    GDPR and data rights: If you're an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to request a full export of your data before deleting. Contact support to request a data export.

    What gets deleted:

  • Uploaded source photos

  • Trained AI model weights

  • Generated photos and videos

  • Account information and billing history
