How do I report a bug or request a feature?

PhotosShoot has a public bug board and feature request board where you can report issues, suggest improvements, and vote on what gets built next.

How to report a bug:

1. Click the Feedback button in the PhotosShoot app (usually in the bottom corner or top navigation)

  • Select Report a Bug

  • Describe the bug in detail: - What you were trying to do - What actually happened - Steps to reproduce the issue - Screenshots or screen recordings if possible

  • Submit — the team reviews all bug reports

    How to request a feature:

    1. Click Feedback → Request a Feature

  • Describe the feature and explain why it would be valuable

  • Check if a similar request already exists — if so, upvote it rather than submitting a duplicate

  • Submit

Why the public board matters: Feature priority at PhotosShoot is influenced by community votes. The more upvotes a request gets, the more likely it is to be prioritised in the development roadmap. Your vote matters.

For urgent issues: If you're experiencing a billing error, account access problem, or data loss, contact support directly at support@photosshoot.com rather than using the bug board. Support handles time-sensitive issues faster.

For general questions: Check this Help Center first — your question may already be answered. If not, use the in-app chat or email support.

We read every piece of feedback and genuinely appreciate it — it directly shapes the product roadmap.
