How do I get a receipt and invoice?

PhotosShoot processes all payments through Stripe, which automatically sends a receipt to your billing email after every successful charge.

Finding your invoices:

1. Check your inbox — Stripe sends an email receipt immediately after each payment. Search for "PhotosShoot" or "receipt" from Stripe.

  • Via the billing portal — Log in to PhotosShoot, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, and view your full invoice history in the Stripe portal.

  • Download as PDF — In the Stripe portal, click any invoice to view it and download it as a PDF.
