How to change invoice details like name, address and Tax ID?

If you need your PhotosShoot invoices to show your business name, registered address, or Tax ID (VAT number), you can update these details directly in the Stripe billing portal.

How to update your invoice details:

1. Log in to your PhotosShoot account

  • Go to Settings → Billing

  • Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal

  • In the portal, click Billing Information or your name/email at the top

  • Update the following as needed: - Full name or business name - Billing address (street, city, country, postcode) - Tax ID (VAT number, EIN, or equivalent)

  • Save your changes

    Important: Changes apply to future invoices only. Stripe does not retroactively update past invoices with new details.

    For retroactive changes: If you need a corrected invoice for accounting or tax purposes, contact PhotosShoot support with your account email and the invoice date. In some cases, Stripe allows invoice corrections within a short window after issuance.

    EU VAT customers: If you're a VAT-registered business in the EU, add your VAT number to have it appear on invoices and potentially remove VAT from future charges (B2B reverse charge may apply depending on your country).
