Supported formats:

RAW camera files (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.)HEIC/HEIF — Common on iPhones; convert to JPG firstTIFF/BMP — Convert to JPG or PNG before uploadingGIFs or animated filesConverting HEIC to JPG on iPhone:
Go to Settings → Camera → Formats and select Most Compatible — this saves future photos as JPG automatically. For existing HEIC files, use a free online converter.
Converting on Mac:
Open the image in Preview → File → Export → choose JPG or PNG format.
Most users find that photos taken directly on a smartphone and shared via iCloud, Google Photos, or AirDrop work perfectly without any conversion needed.
