How do I take photos with multiple people?

PhotosShoot supports generating photos with multiple people by letting you select and combine multiple AI models in a single generation.

How to generate photos with multiple people:

Using multi-model selection:

  • Open the photo generation interface

  • Click the model selector to view your available models

  • Hold Shift and click to select 2 or more models

  • Write a prompt that describes the group scene

  • Generate — all selected models will appear in the photo

Using a dedicated multi-person model: For the best and most consistent results with specific people:

  • Create a new model and select Group or Couple model type

  • Upload photos of each person

  • Train the combined model

  • Generate group photos with natural interactions

    Prompt tips for multi-person photos:

    - Specify the number of people: "three friends sitting at a café table"

  • Describe positions: "woman in the centre, two men on either side"

  • Describe the relationship context: "colleagues at an office meeting", "family at a birthday dinner"

  • Keep scenes simple — complex interactions (e.g., dancing) are harder to render accurately

    Limitations:

  • More people = more complexity = more variation in results

  • 2-person photos are most reliable

  • 3+ people may require more generations to get a clean result

    Best use cases:

  • Team and corporate photos

  • Couple and family portraits

  • Friend group social media content

  • Event and celebration photos
